Dzine Fair Usage Policy

  • To maintain a high-quality and reliable experience for all users, Dzine AI applies the following Fair Usage Policy to any plan that includes unlimited or near-unlimited image and/or video generation, including but not limited to the Master Plan and any future plans offering similar features.

  • 1. Fair Use Principle

    Unlimited generation features are intended to support reasonable, human-initiated creative workflows. They are not designed for high-volume, automated, scripted, or programmatic generation.
    Any use involving bots, automated scripts, bulk or continuous batch requests, API abuse, or other non-interactive activities will be considered a violation of this policy.

  • 2. Platform Protection & Usage Limits

    If a user’s generation activity—whether image or video—creates a disproportionate load on system resources, negatively impacts platform stability, or results in abnormally high operational costs, Dzine AI reserves the right to:

    • Temporarily restrict generation speed or frequency

    • Limit access to certain models or features

    • Temporarily suspend unlimited generation privileges

    These measures may be applied without prior notice to protect overall service quality.

  • 3. Abuse Management & Enforcement

    When usage exceeds reasonable limits defined by this policy, Dzine AI may:

    • Contact the user to review usage patterns and recommend adjustments

    • Transition the user to a custom credit-based or enterprise plan

    • In cases of repeated or severe abuse, suspend or terminate the account at our discretion

  • 4. Image and Video Model Cost Variability

    Different image and video models have significantly different computational and cost characteristics. Unlimited plans do not guarantee unrestricted access to all models or unlimited usage across all generation types. Dzine AI may apply model-specific limitations to ensure fair and sustainable access for all users.
