Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. If a subscription renews and you wish to cancel, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be provided for the renewal payment.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any previous payments. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Please note that after cancellation, remaining credits do not rollover when the current billing period ends.

If a coupon code is used, the transaction is non-refundable. Additionally, only one coupon code can be applied at a time.

To cancel your subscription, please visit https://www.dzine.ai/profile, navigate to the 'Manage Plan & Invoice' option, and cancel your subscription through the Stripe portal.

To cancel your team plan subscription, please visit https://www.dzine.ai/team-admin , click "Current Plan," navigate to the "Manage Plan & Invoice" option, and cancel your subscription through the Stripe portal.

No Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to the substantial expenses associated with the AI-driven generation process. All payments made for subscriptions, whether monthly or annual, are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds, partial or full, will be issued, including cases of unused subscription periods or unintentional purchases.

Switch Plans

When switching your plan, your current plan will be canceled, and the new plan will take effect immediately upon payment completion. You will be charged the full amount of the new plan, and the billing cycle will be reset.

Free Trial Policy Update

To maintain the quality of service and prevent misuse, Dzine AI reserves the right to adjust the availability and scope of free trials based on geographic location, usage behavior, or other risk factors.

In some regions, users may only be eligible for a limited version of the free trial (e.g., Beginner Plan only). These adjustments are not intended to target any individual users or regions, but are necessary to ensure fair and reliable access for all users globally.
